Masatoshi Nakagawa is leading efforts to revive Okuhechi Trail, an abandoned path on the Kumano Kodo. Through the Japanese practice of "Michibushin" (Trail Revival), he envisions a future where restoration and trail running unite to preserve the spirit of these sacred paths.
‘Mighty Goes West’ is the personification of a Japanese mini truck as he encounters a group of American skiers on Hokkaido and follows them home, seeking community and mountains and funny times an ocean away. He thrives in a small mountain town, and they chase the last ski lines of winter.
