Mountain Hardwear 2023 Athlete Summit: Our whole athlete team pictured with some key MHW employees.

OUR ANNUAL
ATHLETE SUMMIT

Each year, we host the team at our headquarters in Richmond for a few days of product feedback, marketing discussions, wellness exercises, and Bay Area outside adventures. The days are packed and we part ways with the crew renewed with inspiration on how we can make our product even better.

FEEDBACK
FROM THE FIELD

The knowledge passed and the connections gained during our Annual Athlete Summit are so valuable to our Product and Marketing teams. Each athlete has used products in the wildest of situations, and they have critique and praise for features, fabrics, and fit. The Summit helps us all connect the dots in order for the company and the athletes to support each other throughout the year.
