CLAIMS MAY TAKE UP TO 8-10 WEEKS DURING PEAK WINTER SEASON.
WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING WALK-IN, OR DROP OFF CLAIMS.

We will refuse service to any item not freshly washed (including equipment). The health and safety of our employees is a top priority. Your unwashed items will be immediately returned without being evaluated. See your product’s care label for washing instructions. Please ship your item to the address on the claim confirmation page.
