poor functionalityreally disappointed with this backpack. poor choice in external material which attracts dust and lint easily. the lack of pockets on the outside makes accessing my water bottle a pain. the actual umbrella straps are very tight with no elasticity and does not actually fit an umbrella. this means the umbrella has to be placed inside the pack, which is difficult to access and also would be wet after use. there is no chest strap. there is only 1 handle at the top of the pack, no side or front handles for easy grabbing. no pen holders. the size is awkward too, longer than other 20-25L packs so it rides up high.

Almost perfect! This is a good commuter bag. It can fit most things for a busy day or a weekend trip. I do like the functionality of the bag. The outer layer of the bag is a cotton texture yet it is waterproof. Although the website's that sell this bag do not do a good job of mentioning this. It has plenty of compartments to hold all your knick knacks. What I really like about the inside of the bag is the velcro strap that holds things down. I typically fold a shirt or two and slide them into that pocket and hold them down with the velcro strap. There are two things that would have made this bag perfect for me, a sternum strap and for all the zippers on the bag to be taped. Since I ride my bike in the rainy Oregon area the sternum strap would help keep everything tight and not as shifty while you are riding your bike. The tapped zippers would help because that is the only area where water seems to get in. These are my thoughts. I like what's going on, keep it coming.
