Rated 2 out of 5 by from Runs small. Size up. I ordered this in my normal size 8 and even though I could zip them up, they were way too tight to wear that way. I fear the next size up would be too big but I didn’t try it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cozy and comfortable I purchased these because I wanted something a little warmer than my usual hiking pants and the microfleece lining sounded just about right. However, the outer material is what I can only describe as slightly on the "swishy" side—that is, there a noticeable sound when moving while wearing the pants that I didn't anticipate. I think I'm just hearing the DWR finish, though. Since the weather is warming up, I have not been able to test them out in nature, but having tried them on I am satisfied with the fit. I am 94 lbs., 5'2" and the 30" inseam is perfect. The snap button and zip closure seem to work well enough without the additional drawstring, but I appreciate that it's there. Anything that helps me feel like my pants aren't going to fall down while walking or moving in general is a plus. The colors are pretty true to the product image. While I can't imagine rolling the pant leg up in cold weather without exposing my legs to the exact thing I'm protecting them from, if one is shorter than me or if one is inside where the temperature is regulated, the extra pop of color from the complimentary microfleece lining is aesthetically pleasing! Without being able to test them outside, my initial reaction is positive, but I do miss having pockets in the front. And by pockets, I mean the large, practical pockets I have been finding on other women's hiking pants that an entire hand can fit inside of and not the tiny afterthoughts usually sewn onto women's pants. These pants only have one zippered pocket on the back right side. In any event, I think I will keep these for next winter and look forward to trying them outside!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft, Warm & Comfy Great pants for the outdoors, the lining offers another layer of warmth with the flexibility to move and bend. Size is perfect, length is spot on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pants!!! I am not a fan of buying clothes on-line without trying them on first- but I had a pair of convertible pants from about 8 years ago that I bought and loved them. I was quite pleased with the quality and fit of this product. I bought these for hiking in cooler weather and found them to be perfect for that! I normally have to layer compression wear with hiking pants, but with the fleece lining- I find these pants super warm, and no layering is needed. I have larger thighs and rear-end, and found this pair of pants very flattering for me as well. I loved them so much that I bought 2 more pairs after the first pair, on sale. Love these pants!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable & Warm I really wish that Women's pants were manufactured with more pockets, and deep pockets JUST LIKE men's pants. Other than lack of pockets (only one on these to be exact), these are warm and comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm and comfy! I was excited to receive these pants as I had an amazing pair of MH fleece pants that lasted 15 years with heavy wear. These pants are incredibly cozy and warm and fit great on a petit frame. I would have given 5 stars but the lack of pockets and somewhat loud “swishy” fabric held me back. The pants are lined so they’re understandably a little more bulky so I don’t get why there wouldn’t be side front pockets like the men’s version has. MH - please change this. Otherwise, these pants are well made and warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pants! I was the lucky recipient of these pants (from a friend who didn't fit in them anymore). They are a nice medium gray color. I am saving up to buy some in other colors. I am 5' 9"-ish and about 120 lbs. and they fit great -- length and all. Most comfortable slacks I've ever owned -- no lie! Can't remember the size, as they are in the washer right now. (Okay, they are out of the washer, and are a size 6, 32" length.) Have read other reviews, and more pockets might be a plus, but the fit and look is so great that pockets full of phones and stuff would just look bulky and lumpy. Maybe one small pocket on the left front would be okay to hold a phone. Anyway, my experience so far with these pants has been GREAT. If skiing wasn't so expensive, I would love to try them out for that. (Saving up for that, too.) In the meantime, around the house they are fabulous and no cats will get near them with their nasty little claws.
