Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits great I have not yet had a chance to take this jacket out on any adventures, so my review won't be all that in depth. However, I am 6'0", 200lbs, "athletic" build, I bought a large in this jacket and it fits perfect. I layered up to see if I was going to have any issues with maneuverability or just all around comfort, so far... so good. The construction is solid, the zippers are taped, and seem very well... put together. I honestly am very excited to get out there this winter and test this jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tremendous Shell. I'm 5'9 170 and bought a Large so I could layer over my Stretchdown DS and a fleece and the sizing is perfect. After two backpacking trips in the northwest (two long, rainy weekends in a row) I'm pleased to say this jacket met and surpassed all my expectations. Water beads up and rolls off without hesitation, the hood is plenty big for a hat, down hood, or helmet underneath, and the adjustable cuffs are a huge plus when wrangling other wet gear. (Note, this means that when I'm wearing a jacket over The zipper is incredibly sturdy, there's no shortage of storage pockets, and I never felt suffocated or trapped while I was wearing it. It kept me dry all day long and I was able to climb into the sleeping bag every night without needing to change into a dry shirt. Can't ask for much more from a shell. If you're at all skeptical about this jacket because it doesn't have "goretex" plastered over every tag and logo, don't be. It's an absolute champ.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using it daily! I bought this jacket to replace an old outdated model that I could no longer buy anywhere. So far this shell has stood up to everything that's been thrown at it, rain, wind, some snow, and even sunshine. Unfortunately I received too late to try any alpine adventures with it, so that will have to wait until next fall/winter. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased with my new Superforma jacket When shopping for an all purpose jacket to replace my 14 year old Mountain Hardwear Gore-Tex jacket I researched several alternatives before selecting the Superforma. I couldn’t be more pleased. The fit is great. The fabric is even more comfortable than my previous gore-tex jacket. My Superforma will be my global adventure traveling companion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Competitive alpine shell Used on Rainier in winter. Keeps the wind and sleet out and breathes as well as one could expect a hardshell to breathe. I like it.
