Men's StretchDown™ HD Hooded Jacket is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleeves too short for 6'3" 6'3" and 180lbs with long arms. I have another MH size large jacket and the sleeves are great but these are at least an inch shorter. The body of the jacket fits great so I don't want to go to an xl

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit and super comfortable & warm I want to start off by saying the material choices throughout and the placement of insulation is on point. For a jacket that is meant to border the lines of casual to hi tech for mountaineering, this jacket uses great materials. The uppers look very durable, and with synthetic fill, it makes sense. I have a 39" chest and am 5'11" 170lbs and the medium fits spot on, not too snug and not too loose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just right, in the right size I had to return the Large and get a XL instead. The Large was very snugg with no room for a winter layer underneath. All my other outdoor jackets are large and my business jackets are 42 or 44 short. The XL stretch jacket fits just right. Other than the size issue, I was pleasantly surprised by this jacket. It looks even better in person and just the right mid weight I was looking for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent quality but didn't fit me I really enjoyed the construction of this Jacket, and the style (green variation) looked really sharp and I received a couple compliments from friends. Ultimately I had to return it, because the fit bugged me. I am 5'11", 185lb and bought a Medium, and the shoulders and armpit holes just felt too snug. If you are a similar build I would recommend ordering a Large instead. I did order a large in a different style and am quite happy with the fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bulky, very warm! I've been looking for the perfect coat for my husband for quite some time. He loves it. It's light weight, not bulky, and very warm. He's a big guy with very broad shoulders so I was nervous about ordering online. It fits very well, the sleeves are even long enough when he raises his arms(something he always has a problem with.) It's functional and looks great. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coat Fit was a bit big but it allowed for other layers. Was very warm. I was in mid 20 degree temps and I was in a t-shirt and this coat and was plenty warm. One thing that would be nice would be to have adjustments on the wrist and hood.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, Warm Jacket This jacket is pretty warm and looks very nice. It is accommodating to a belly so for myself it looks a bit roomy near the bottom unless I’m wearing multiple layers. I haven’t had a chance to test it in cold temperatures yet, but it keeps me pretty toasty by itself at about 60 degrees. This jacket is not overly packable and is about the size of a small shoebox when nicely folded or rolled. Overall I would definitely recommend it and will be wearing it often. I am 6’1” and 155-160lbs and usually wear a Large.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New favorite crag baggin' jacket. This jacket is awesome. It stretches nicely without making me look like a Michelin man. The texture is also nice. I really like the baffle construction as well: it's glued instead of sewn so those rippin' winds don't cut through! I can get the hood up over a helmet with some work, which is also a bonus. The elastic at the wrist is a little weak... this is my only complaint.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Truly Versatile and Functional The Stretchdown HD Hooded jacket has a softshell exterior that is very water repellent. The amount of insulation is adequate for temperatures in the 30's to low 50's, perfect for half the year here in the Pacific Northwest. I like that the fabric isn't shiny. I am 5'7" tall with a 40" chest and 30" waist and the medium was perfect in the chest and sleeves. The hem in the back is nice and long to cover your lower back. However, the jacket has a straight cut and the jacket actually sagged out in the back and sides on me. This created a large gap between the jacket and my belly that left me cold and made me look dumpy. I paid a seamstress $15 to take in the sides a little and now it has a more fitted taper. There is a rear side seam that is convenient for this. I'm also not a big fan of the chest pocket. While the flap and snaps work, I would have preferred a vertical zipper. The pocket also looks tacked on and the jacket would look better if it was an interior chest pocket. I was hoping for a dressier jacket for going out but this has a more functional appearance. Despite the jacket's superficial deficiencies, I love it. I got it in blue and it's not too bright. Overall, this jacket is comfortable and warm and lets you move and reach without any constrictions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome coat I love my new coat. I am a firefighter and it still allows a great range of motion without restriction. Comfort and warmth are great. I wish it had longer sleeves because of my height, besides that I love it.
