Men's Overlook™ Shell Jacket is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overlook Shell is Great!! This shell is excellent for outdoor activity in a dapper night out on the town or staying dry in the great outdoors. The shell is of excellent construction with plenty of storage space and actually does not have an inside pocket; a feature I disliked at first and now appreciate not having to open the jacket. I certainly recommend this shell rain jacket!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much different than your typical Rain Jacket. It works amazingly well. Always looking for a reason to wear this Jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very well made I've been looking for something that could be worn in more urban settings but maintained the level of quality (and to some extent look) companies like MH put out. This one did it. It's heavier material, with a way more comfortable liner than you would normally see inside a "shell". The outer material is a rougher ripstop and feels like it can take a beating, and I tested it outside in an afternoon storm last week. It does what it's supposed to do, keeps out the rain. Would you take this camping? Probably not if you had to do a lot of hiking to get there, while you could work hard in this there's no pit zips and I don't think it's breathable - just fine for car camping. It's more of a colder weather jacket as well, I could see wearing this to 40 degrees comfortably without much layering. So not a lightweight summer shell - it doesn't seem to be built for that but more of a tougher spring/fall and for Colorado most of winter rain jacket that could easily be worn downtown or to work. Maybe not the super bright liner colors but my near black one looks great for those purposes. I would wear it anytime to be honest, this isn't one I'll be waiting for bad weather to wear. I'm 6'4" 220 and this fit perfect with good length on the sleeves and just a bit of snug on the shoulders without constriction. XL seems to be shrinking overall at MH, without me gaining any weight but this jacket isn't one of those in my opinion. Not sloppy, not too tight. A steal at a sale price, worth full price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good Jacket I'm 6'0" 180 lbs athletic build and this jacket fits me well in medium. I especially like the green color and the lack of obvious branding on the jacket (I despise prominent logo placement on clothing, I'm not paying premium prices to be a walking billboard). The jacket is warm and comfortable, I have only needed it for 20 minutes in medium heavy rain and the waterproofing held up fine (not really a tough test). On days in the 40's or 50's I can get by with this and a sweatshirt no problem. I also like the hood, it's rigid enough to keep water out of your face without blocking your vision. My main reservation is that the inside of the jacket is just too dang orange. SO ORANGE. If I walk with the jacket open I look like a traffic cone. When it's closed the neon lining and hood still grab your attention. I wish the inside were a neutral black or grey.
