Men's MicroChill™ Lite Zip T is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect fleece Not too hot for layering, generous venting zipper, still packs that perfect amount of punch when you're just a little too cold and need an extra layer. I had this, a baselayer and a spray jacket as layers to wear for camp clothes on a 4 night kayak tour/course last April in Idaho. I neglected the weather and did not bring a puffy so this baby was my heaven-sent for the 5 days of wet exit drills in Priest Lake. I still froze my brass off since it was hailing and raining the entire time, but stepping out of the wetsuit and into a dry fleece every evening was great. I probably should have had more clothing in hindsight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wilderness Tested I added this micro fleece to my pack as an additional layer to help maintain body core temp. I had been planning my 10 day trip into the Sawtooth Wilderness since spring. I originally planned to go a few weeks earlier. Unfortunatly life comes with delays sometimes. Since this trip was pushing into shoulder seasons I chose this micro fleece to ensure my comfort if it got chilly. Let me tell you chilly well not only did it rain but it snowed a good six inches in one night into the morning above 10,000 ft. This micro fleece was a perfect choice. Not only is it lightweight but it kept the chill off. While hiking I incorperated it with my Ghost Lite Jacket. A smart combination if I may say, not too bulky under my pack and just enough insulation to keep me comfortable. I just love my Mountain Hardwear apparel I recently purchased six items and tested five of them. The quality and performance is unmatched by others I plan on only using these products for my anatomical shelter from now on. Lightweight superior function just awesome thanks Mountain Hardwear! I am 6' 180lbs. All Large sizes fit perfect I thought they where made personal just for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good, but disappointed. I got the microchill because I wanted really light weight fleece. But I am a little disappointed, not only in build quality but warm to weight ratio. I have only warn the microchill a couple of times and there is obvious pilling inside. It doesn't weigh 4.8 ounces! It is closer to 7.25 oz (yes, I used a scale to measure this) for a medium. The fit is really boxy, but that seems typical for clothing you get in the US. I find my other fleece (7 3/4 oz) is significantly warmer and much nicer feel. The zipper does feel chintzy. I do like the collar though, it is high enough and is snug around my neck. And it does look nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My daily mid layer in Central California The MH Microchill lite is my daily winter mid layer in Central CA. It is light and super soft and provides just the right amount of insulating layer for our Central CA climate. I also own the MH Microchill and it is more appropriate for Sierra ski trips or other outings in colder weather. I am 6ft 3in and 235 lbs and I really appreciate the XXL size that many other manufacturers do not provide. I think I now own 6 to 8 of the Microchill lite zip shirts and will purchase more if and when I need them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice, all around shirt This shirt feels so good and is not too heavy and bulky. I think it will be a perfect shirt by itself for spring and fall and maybe just need a t shirt under for winter. The material is so soft and comfortable and the fit is very flattering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warmth but Not Stifling A lightweight free-breathing T that is very versatile. It can be a base layer in the cold, or by itself in Spring and Fall. Excellent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MUST have jacket Lightweight, incredibly warm, packable, 3-season jacket. Whether you are wearing it outside in late fall or early spring, or layering it under jackets in the dead of winter, NOTHING I have packs this much comfort and warmth. Runs slightly large.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quantity Very clingy. Very poor quality. Fits like throwing a rag on. I gave it away.
