Men's Dragon™ Hooded Softshell Jacket is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My second Dragon For the last 7-8 years, I've been using/abusing a Dragon jacket on my outings and during my day to day. The Jacket finally and reluctantly gave up the ghost, and so I replaced it with this updated version. I read the reviews here about large sizing and long arms, but I've found both to be entirely reasonable. This version is not as slim as my older Dragon, but the fit remains "athletic," and the arm length is as it was previously. Whether climbing, biking, hiking, etc., I don't want the sleeves to creep up when reaching, and these are long enough to provide that flexibility, but not so long that they get in the way. I'm 6 ft. tall, ~190 lbs., and the Large fits well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from POCKETS and keeps the rain off I have had my previous Mtn HW jacket for 7 years now and always wanted more pockets and especially a larger breast pocket. The dragon did it and is a nice upgrade. The hood could lay flatter when down but the upside is lots of structure when hooded. Recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fit and finish Using mostly for bike riding in autumn and winter. Possibly skiing. Have the Dragon coat and Pant. Both fit me well, feel comfortable, like the material and color. Have yet to have bad enough weather to truly test, but Im not worried. MH equip rarely let's me down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Jacket Great looking, athletic cut jacket. I'm 5'11", 185. With all the gripes about sleeve length I've read, I have to disagree. They are long, but I like my sleeves to cover my wrists completely, especially with a pack on. I'm usually between a medium and large, I know a large feels like a poncho, it's huge on me! I bought the medium, and with a 43" chest it's a bit snug, but everywhere else it's perfect. Nice high collar, big adjustable helmet compatible hood, generous (but not silly) length, and yes - nice long sleeves. This will be my go to cool weather hike/MTB jacket. Perhaps an inch or two more in the chest would be nice(for product development teams consideration) for layering, or you know...pecs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fit was large, so I can't use it Looks and feels like exactly what I wanted, except... the fit's huge. "Small" is roughly a normal medium. I'd never be able to layer it under my hardshell, if/when that drizzle turns to downpour. If anything, I could layer this softshell OVER my hardshell, quite nicely... Wouldn't be an issue, if this softshell was available in XS (ie, a normal small). I would have just exchanged it. But it's not, so I had to return it. What makes it frustrating, is that said hardshell is also by Mountain Hardware (plasmic ion). Really wish you guys would get your sizing sorted out. I generally love your kit, but this isn't the first time I've had "small" in one item, be closer to "medium" in a different item. Otherwise... well, it did seem like a quality bit of gear, nothing wrong with it quality-wise. Just built a bit too baggy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Right fit 4 tall guy with large shoulders I'm 6'2", 225lb (44 Long). I wasn't planning on buying that jacket, but the fit was so great. I have trouble with the sleeves that are ALWAYS too short and shoulders to tight. Have to go with XXLong and they are rare. But with this XL (regular), the fit is awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dragon Hooded Jacket. Awesome jacket. It does what it was made to do, works flawlessly. It is replacing a M H softshell that is about 15 years old. Great Job M H.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top coat I just love this jacket. It fits snug the way I ordered it and it repels rain very well. I now have night the snow pant and gloves to match and they both are top quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice coat for the long armed I do like this coat. Looks sharp, the soft-shell material is great, and the pockets are just what you want. This will be my touring jacket for sure and it will work great. My only gripe is that the thicker softshell material makes the cuffs a little bit bulky if you have to make them smaller with the velcro closure. The sleeves are quite long too but I don't mind. I'm 5'-10" 180 lb and I have a medium that fits great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Kevin Durant Arms This jacket is not cut right. I'm 5'10" and 180lbs have worn other MH jackets size large no problem. The jacket itself was way too big but the arms were about 4 inches too long...no exaggeration. This jacket is not cut right for the average person.
