Frequent Flyer™ 20L Backpack is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frequent Flyer Backpack I fly 50k to 75k per year, mostly for business. I've tried many briefcases, shoulder bags and backpacks. This is the best I've found. It has the right amount of space to carry what you need, without allowing you to carry so much that the bag won't fit under the seat in front of you. At first I thought it was too simple due to having few internal pockets, a small top strap, and zippers for the main compartment that go only half way down the bag, but after using it I think these are OK or even positives. It's easy to get into this pack when at your feet on an airplane, without everything spilling out. It's comfortable to carry even when filled. The sunglasses pocket is super helpful for whatever you choose to put in there and for quickly stashing items at the security check. The side laptop pocket is also helpful so you don't have to dig past other items to reach your computer. I have even used this as a daypack when hiking in Switzerland. It's a good piece of equipment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I prefer the 30L There are some reviews indicating a preference of the 20L over the 30L. I bought both and I prefer the 30L. The overall height and width are the same for the 20 and 30, but the 30 offers more flexibility because it allows for you to expand outward if needed. The pack is a light pack, so I am not concerned about the "extra" weight from the extra fabric. The 30 has straps on the side that you can tighten to make the pack smaller. There is also an extra pocket. So with negligible added weight, you get so much more flexibility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Size and Features Bought this for use as an everday/carry-on pack. All the pockets seem well thought out. The laptop sleeve is full length and accessible without have to unzip the bag. The water bottle pocket on the outside looked small initially but actually zips up to snugly hold my .75L Chute bottle (with lid sticking out). Tucked away passport/wallet pocket on back/side is nice. Sunglass pocket is well-placed and is nice size for sunglasses + snacks. Overall size of pack is great and doesn't stick out too far off back even when full.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome bag I just got this bag a few days ago, I'm a frequent traveller. I've already put thousands of miles on it! It comfy, fits everything I need and makes going through airport security a breeze. I'm hoping to get many years of use out of this bag. Another great purchase from Mountain Hardware. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Travel Backpack I love this pack - it's the perfect size and fit and has all the right pockets. I'm utilizing it both for when I travel, but also for when I commute back and forth to the office. My laptop fits well in there, along with everything else I need for the day - this thing totally replaced my purse :) The best part is that when it's fully loaded up with all of my work gear, it doesn't feel as heavy as it should. It is engineered to sit nicely on the shoulders without pulling too much and being uncomfortable. Also, the straps are lined with super soft material that won't rub on bare shoulders. Super nice! The one thing I wish it had (which the 30L has), is the front exterior bucket pocket. It would be nice when traveling to have an exterior pocket like this to shove my jacket or snacks, etc. into to free up a hand. Also, the water bottle pocket (which I am using for my computer charger) is not quite large enough for a 32 oz. water bottle. It just doesn't feel super secure when I put it in there. Otherwise, such a great investment. Love this pack! Nice work MHW Team!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great commuter bag! Owning both the 20L and the 30L, I felt the 30L was a little too much for me at times, even with a small load. The 20L is great backpack if your looking for sleek look that doesn't take much space on the plane or while traveling. I was able to carry all my essentials. The laptop compartment is great for fast access. The sunglasses pocket is great for small items like a headlamp, ear buds, snacks or a phone. The side compartment has a a nice hidden pocket, great for a passport, thin portable charger maybe some charging cables. I've very happy with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect bag after a lot of searching I purchased the 20L and the 30L Frequent Flyer. I ended up returning the 30L because it was more bag than I needed. I looked at a lot of other bags like Patagonia, Nothface, Timbuk2, Gregory, CamelBak, and Eagle Creak. This is by far my favorite bag and I am so glad I went with the 20L Frequent Flyer. Both the 30L and 20L have nice clean looks and are awesome. They have removable sternum straps that I love! I like that I can pull them off to give the bag a cleaner look and use them to take pressure off my shoulders and bring it to the front. They both have a fleece lined sunglass/phone pocket in the top front. I also love that they both have a side pocket that fits a water bottle. The side pocket also zips up when I am not using it. Both bags also have a lot of space in the back for a laptop. It opens up on the side for quick access. I think it could also double up as a water bladder holder as well. The zipper is positioned so that the straw/hose could come out the top. The 30L bag has a few extra features like compression straps on the sides since it holds a lot of gear. It also has an open front pocket without a zipper. I think if you wanted more space and a few features the 30L would be a great bag. I went with the 20L bag because I plan on using this as a day pack with just the basic gear. I don't plan on putting tons of stuff in the bag. I also plan on using this for travel. With that in mind, I feel that bag is nice and big and holds plenty of gear. My only complaint for both bags is the reflective material on the shoulder straps. Design wise, I feel it takes away from the clean lines of the pack. I can see how others might like the reflectors if they are using this for biking.
