Women's Urbanite™ Parka is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Spring Windbreaker` I love this on-trend parka for spring days when you need a little coverage - great on its own or layered with a fleece. The cinched waist is flattering, and the chest pockets are convenient when wearing a backpack. It is indeed, a windbreaker, NOT a rain jacket. It'll hold up to a little drizzle, but is not intended as a rain jacket. I joking call it the Seattle jacket - it's perfect for PNW spring.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is NOT a rain coat Love the color, love the fit. Absolutely the worst rain coat I've ever purchased. Was soaking wet after wearing it in a rainstorm.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute parka, not a rain coat I bought this jacket thinking it would be an upgrade to my standard black rain jacket. The style and color were super cute and it fit really well. The first few times I wore it in light rain, I was dry and felt shielded from the elements (wind and light precipitation). However, today, after walking half a block in the Portland rain, I felt my neck and back getting wet through the material. I was disappointed by the lack of rain protection from this parka. I should have done my research and saw that it was more of a travel jacket and not meant for liquid weather. Other than the lack of rain protection, still a stylish parka that I will keep and wear when the forecast doesn't beckon anything more than a drizzle. I am 5'6", 148 lbs, and found the small fit well even with my broad shoulders.
