Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm never talking this jacket off This is a great puffy coat. The fit is amazing, and it looks flattering even though its super puffy. I have really long arms and was worried about the sleeve length, but they're perfect, and the stretch down makes them easy to pull up away from my wrists for hand washing, fire building, etc. The chest of the jacket could be just slightly wider (we're talking like 1cm), but other than that it's perfect! I'm 5'2" and about 115 lbs (bra size 32D) and I am always somewhere between a small and extra small. Went with XS and am super happy. There's not much room for layering underneath, but I can still wear the jacket with a light sweater and be good. If you want to wear it over a sweatshirt or something under it, go for a size up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not for the coldest The large size fits, and looks good, but there's little room for anything thick like a wool sweater. I wore it in Quebec early March with wind chill temp down to -29C. Even without windchill it was below zero F. Inside of the jacket did not warm up as quickly as it did in the store, in fact it took a very long time. I wore merino wool under shirt, but couldn't fit my wool sweater or thick fleece. It was a bit chilly. And when I took it off inside, I didn't have enough layers to keep me warm. I wish I'd bought the next size up in order to fit more warm layers. If you are using jacket for a sport where your movement will help warm you up, then this is a good buy. If you need jacket for an overcoat to go from point A to B, then this is not the warmest - unless your destination is a super heated building. Very compact for packing in suitcase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super warm & fashionable Like this item a lot. It is a true 'standard' fit as Mountain Hardwear explains so a little stiffer than i would like to snowboard with even though it's a suggested use by MH, but I am nevertheless enjoying it's warm so that i only need a layer or two under. Wish the (xs) was an inch longer or so in length but I love all else about this jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WARM First weekend I received my jacket, we went to White Face (Ice Face) and it was -10 for the weekend and blowing. Despite the harsh weather, I was toasty all weekend and skiing was great...THANKS!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So worth the investment It took me a long time to find the perfect puffer; something that is lightweight, beautifully designed and has great quality. I am so glad I found this MH jacket. I have been wearing it every day since I received it in the mail, it keeps me super warm and dry. It may be a bit pricey but I think it is well worth it. For sizing reference: I am 5'3 and weight about 105 lbs. XS would be a great fit but you can't really wear anything thick inside; so I went with S which is a little loose but I can wear extra layers inside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great down jacket This is a great jacket, it is very light wight but warm enough for snowing days in the city. The design of the jacket doesn't make you look bulky. Since I got the jacket, I've been wearing it to work, to shopping, to go around town..etc. It works well. For sizing reference, I'm 5'2 and 95lb, XS fits fine except the sleeves are an inch longer for me so I have to fold my sleeves. Not a big trouble for me considering all the good things the jacket offers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best jacket Best on confort, light weight, and aesthetic, so pleasant to wear. A wonder to wear, while skiing on a white powder snow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Jacket! The StretchDown jacket is my new favorite jacket. It is very warm, lightweight and fits well (the first jacket I've owned that the sleeves are long enough and don't ride up to mid-forearm when I move!). The fabric moves well and doesn't feel restrictive at all. I was hesitant about ordering it at first because of the higher price point, but this jacket has been a good investment and was definitely worth the price for the quality.
