Women's Snowtastic™ 3L Jacket is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome This is a really great jacket. I am using it for backcountry touring in the Pacific Northwest. The material is stout and is both waterproof and breathable. It is kind of fuzzy on the inside without being overly warm. The perfect blend of function and comfort. I am a true small in everything (5'6", 125 lbs). I went with a small in this jacket and it fits well. It is more narrow in the shoulders than other brands, but I am still able to comfortably fit a long sleeve shirt and vest or light puffy jacket underneath. The length is awesome (hits right about at the crotch), one of the longest jackets out there. Rommy in the torso/waist area. I highly recommend. Color is more gray with hot pink zippers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Impressed I am very happy with this jacket. I spend a lot of my time on the mountain but also venture into the back country several times a year. This jacket has held up and provided functionality through both. The pockets are located nicely and the length of the jacket is awesome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Liked alot but bought and returned The snowtastic jacket has undergone some great design changes, which prompted me to buy it. I bought both the small & medium so I could decide on fit for myself. I am 5'5", 130-135#, athletically built w/ a small natural waistline but curvy and muscular throughout. Your typical skier chic build so-to-say. The arm length was the one thing that felt a little too long on both sizes. But ultimately I think I would have chosen the small b/c the medium just would have been too big throughout. The fabric is awesome, the pocket locations ideal, the front zipper construction great, BUT there was just something "off" with the fit for me. My favorite feature (which I've been having increasing difficulties finding in other brands) is the design of the hood & collar. I love the separation of both so you have an ideal wind-blocker of a collar on those blustery days skiing when the weather just blasts your face. So, the jacket is great but I did want to comment on what I felt to be design flaws for myself, just for feedback for design improvement in the future. I did not like the cuff design which seems well in purpose but they hung low on my hands and when using the velcro to snug up the cuff, it felt bulky (more-so then a straight line cuff cut that folds more streamline). The only other comment on fit was something in the way its built to be a womens fit and taper, but somehow didn't work well for me. I did like the length in the back so your jacket doesn't ride up when sitting or moving aggressively, but something with the fit in general just felt awkward to me and ultimately I returned the jacket all together. I wanted to love it, and so much of the jacket is lovable, but the few things that didn't work for me just couldn't make me hold on to it. Really looking forward to this jacket improving in the coming years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Jacket I've ever worn...no joke. I have used this jacket for two season now including this past winter and a winter in South America. This jacket has held up amazing. It looks pretty new considering how much I ski, snowmobile, and hike in it. Can't get over how well the Dry Q Elite technology works. Way way better than anything goretex because it is actually breathable. When I am hiking with a group of friends I am typically the only person who is able to keep my shell on the whole way because this technology really does work. I find I have less layering and delayering throughout a day in the backcountry than most which helps with quicker transitions from tour to ski mode. I helped Mountain Hardwear with the design of this jacket last year and am truly excited with how it came out. Keeping it simple with pockets and design. We improved upon the size of the cuff which now comfortable fits gloves underneath. This jacket is also slightly longer than the previous snowtastic jacket, which I personally really like. When I am skiing, I need that extra length to help not get snow everywhere on a pow day. The powder skirt also attaches to the snowtastic pant which creates a nearly snow proof jacket pant combo. I may be biased because I helped to build this jacket from the ground up, but I really appreciate it that Mountain Hardwear listens to their athletes and people in the field who are testing the product and putting the product through the elements on a daily basis. This jacket is GREAT! Coupled with the Snowtastic pant...it's even better. With a lifetime warranty...pretty hard to go wrong here. Waterproof, breathable, and comfortable! I'm all about the comfort and how gear fits. This jacket fits great. You have great range of motion in all the right spots, but it's not overly baggy and it also isn't too tight. Love it
