Women's Yuma™ Trekkin Skirt 3 5 1 1
Sizing inconsistencies I love my Yuma pants, so much I have them in three different colors. In 2011 I bought my first two pairs in a 4. In 2012, I bought another pair but the sizing had changed so much I bought them in a 2 (I could probably even get away with a 0). At one point I had a La Strada skirt in a 2, but the hips were just a pinch too tight. So based on all those size issues, I ordered this skirt in a 4. Guess what - WAAAAAAAY too big, all around. I'm gonna try it in a 2 and see how it goes. But I am 5'3", 110lbs, athletic build. My weight has not changed in several years, so it's not me. I know a lot of women's clothing lines can't keep their sizing consistent from one year to the next (at least in the US they can't), and unfortunately MH is no exception. Which is such a shame because they make great products. But if you can try this on before buying (in order to avoid having to pay for initial shipping, return shipping, and then another round of shipping for the new sizes), do it. I like the fabric, stretch, length, durability of the product. It's just the sizing that is so frustrating. March 12, 2013
