A bit small and lacking in stretch I really like this shirt for running but it fits smaller than other MHW shirts I own and is a bit short. That is especially problematic when running since it likes to ride up.... March 8, 2012
Wicked Lite is wicked awesome I run a little guiding company in Yosemite and I recommend this and the short sleeve to my guides all the time! The long sleeve is great to keep the sun off without feeling overdressed... it's also very low maintenance, easy wash, doesn't smell terrible after a long day, and doesn't pill in the armpits like many of my other outdoor shirts tend too. Best top in the world! These Tees are the best ever! Very cute lines, wonderful fabric, and great colors. I have almost every color ever made. They wash like a dream, go in the dryer, and then I hand them up right away, perfect! They run a bit snug, seem to skim your body perfectly. They are the perfect thing over a skirt, pants or shorts. My favorite running shirt! I have several of these shirts. They are the perfect weight for running on a cool day or for layering under heavier pieces for winter sports. Great wicking, nice, smooth seams, and a flattering fit, make them ideal right next to your skin. I am 5'9" and on the thin side, and I really appreciate that they're long enough that my belly isn't exposed when I where them, unlike so many other women's sports clothes makers. best all-around outdoor top Both my husband and I have owned several of the wicked lite series over the years and find it to be THE most comfortable, breathable shirt for hiking and backpacking. Becoming more sun-conscious, we now almost always wear the long-sleeved shirts .... even in 100-degree temps: enjoying cool and top ergonomic performance. Way cooler to have the long-sleeved tee as opposed to slathering on the sunscreen! We live in Oregon and hike or backpack from the coast to the Cascade peaks, sub-zero (need to layer for that) to 100 with the perfect combo of function and style. As a woman, this fits perfectly: body-conscious contouring, curvy in all the right places without binding so still I look like a woman on the trail.... and ladies I am sure you know what I mean. Lightweight, good fit and good value I have this shirt in Bramble. I am 5'9" 150lbs and the medium fits me perfectly. I like the lightweight quick-drying fabric, it's perfect for backpacking and travel in general. The fabric is soft, not "plasticy" like some synthetic fabrics. Bramble is a beautiful plummy color. The length is great and the lines are fitted and feminine. This shirt is a good value compared to prices of comparable wicking synthetic shirts in other brands. I'll be back for more colors!
