Women's Ghost Whisperer™ Down Hooded Jacket is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit! I am a size 16 with broad shoulders and I worried this cut would be too tight for me but it's just right! Love this coat and am ready for winter!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wanted to like this jacket so badly The jacket is so light weight and the stone green is the perfect color for a red head with a light skin tone. My husband also has had the same jacket for men for 4 years and it fits him well and is very comfy. Its backpacked all over Asia with us and has just been perfect. I read the reviews ofr this one that the arms were tight in this jacket and so I ordered both a large and a medium (Im 5'4" and 150 lb). I was swimming in the large. The medium fit perfectly and looked great EXCEPT that it was too tight in the armpits. You could barely see it, but it restricts the movement. I have never felt this with a jacket before. If it looked good across my chest, the armpits were never the problem. There is a design flaw here. Im so sad. I wish MountainHardwear would fix this and then sell the jacket again in the stone green. I want it so bad. But this one just wont work. Sadly returning both!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for backpacking: superlight & compactible but warm I bought this for a 5 day backpacking trip in Glacier, so nights sure to be cold. I was toasty with it on and it weighs virtually nothing!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great jacket but fit changed for worse Loved my original Ghost Whisperer until zipper failed- was super excited to get a new one. New one does not fit as well as my original jacket. Armpit openings are too tight and make it uncomfortable. Am worried about layering under the jacket. Plum color is not amazing either- the lime blue/green lining color is a big too much. Please bring back the old gray/pink zipper color and fit!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from wide sleeves i love this jacket with the exception of the sleeve size. the sleeves are too long, which is not that big of a deal, but also way too wide for me. i know they have to be wide-ish to accommodate layers, but they are quite wide to the point of looking silly. conversely, the chest is extraordinarily tight. i am breastfeeding so will chalk this up to a problem on my end. the jacket looks nice and is super warm. i am 5'2, 120 lbs and bought a medium, then exchanged it for a small which fit better but still had the wide sleeve problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Her duckling jacket Fits slightly large on a very small human (4'10.5" - 100lbs) but otherwise amazing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light weight but issue with zipper Very light among all the other packable jackets I bought. I bought 7-8 of them for my large family. I bought two of jackets. One of the zipper is not very smooth at bottom when I unzip. It take a while to get used to. One of the jacket is yellow. Some of the feather is very dark. It showed. At first I thought it was a quarter sized stain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A light, warm, good fit jacket I own a few down jackets, the Ghost Whisperer is my favorite. It's light, warm and fits well. And I love to demonstrate that I can squeeze the entire jacket to its own pocket. I wore it for my backpacking trips to Nepal (Annapurna), TMB, and trails in New Zealand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't leave home without it I have owned a Down Whisperer hooded jacket for a few years (I bought this one for a friend). I take it on long-distance through hikes in the summer, and on multi-day snowcamping trips in the winter. It is amazingly warm and comfortable, and packs down to a very small size. In the winter, I sleep in it, which boosts the insulation value of my sleeping system quite a bit. In the summer, it's the only warm jacket I need, even when at 10,000 feet or higher (with a shell, of course). I wouldn't do a hike without it. One thing: MH women's tops run small, in my experience. I'm 5'6", 125 lbs, and a size A above, so not exactly hefty...but large was the correct size.
