Pretty Nifty! Not so sure they cool that much with just your sweat, but it does keep the UV rays off and I can appreciate that. But dunk your arms in some iced water at an aid station--oh boy! Now you are cool. I wear a small because God adorned my medium frame with way skinny arms. First time wearing them they rolled down a lot. Ran past another runner during a race and his stayed up--I thought I needed more muscles. But once they got wet they stayed in place and now they are broken in they stay up just fine. May 28, 2013

Great concept in keeping cool. I have only played around as it is still to cold to use them properly but the cooling action is instant and really helps to keep the core temperature down. I will be happy with them come July and August. May 6, 2013
