Men's Thermostatic™ Jacket is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my favorite jacket by far!! This is by far my absolute favorite light weight jacket!! I wish the colors from years past were still available. I am proud and excited to be the owner of my second Thermal Q. Elite jacket. My first has had an epic 3 year tour, saw most of the national parks in it, did nearly 50,000 miles on the road with it living the #vanlife and I have hiked many mountains, walked many beaches, enjoyed many fires wearing this jacket. Its held up to everything, heat and fire can melt the external material hence some duct tape patches on my first and the necessity of purchasing a second but mindfulness can keep you safe in it around fires. I wore this jacket so much over 3 years I really got my moneys worth with it and I couldn't be happier with a product or brand! Sure there are couple threads in the stitching that can come loose but in the long run it does not create any issues. There is no other light weight jacket that I like better and I've never owned another jacket that I would rate higher.I have owned many similar jackets in down and faux furs and there is no other I like as much as this Thermal Q. Elite. Its much warmer then its down counterparts, fits and wears more comfortably, packs better and its a much lighter weight then everything. This is the best light weight jacket on the market period.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Men's Thermostatic™ Jacket I bought for mid layer for when I travel long distance on my motorcycle.I love it,But the real story my dad is 86 and still going strong and was looking for a light way jacket to wear all the time to keep him warm. When I say all the time I mean all the time. He ways looking for a second jacket around locally but I new he wasn't going to find one. I looked and found one again from you guys again. We both love the jacket. Hope you continue them.Thank You

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent jacket - Sizing Problems The jacket felt like it was decent quality but I couldn't wear it because it was way too short. I'm 6'1" 215lbs and an XL was sitting right at my belt line. If you raise your arms, it crawls up your torso way too much. I returned it for another jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Light Jacket This is a fantastic lightweight jacket. I think of it as a fall jacket or a winter sweater under another jacket or a shell. If you look at the other companies you will find similar jackets from them. This one fits the best of the bunch with the best arm motion. The other guys all cut theirs bad in the shoulders. This has good shoulder room and arm length. It seems to run just a bit bigger than normal in the body but layers well. I am 6'4" wear a 16/35 shorthand and a 42L jacket. Size Large is good with plenty of room. Love the chest pocket! That might be a small thing but I find them a must in a jacket. I do wish the had pockets has fleece in them. A mesh interior pocket would be great too. However those things don't detract from how nice this is. It is a lightweight jacket. It is not what you wear to a Packer game in January but is a great fall jacket. I would love to see this jacket with double to triple the insulation, fleece pockets, etc. That would be a better winter jacket. But as a light one or as a sweater to layer with in winter this is awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great companion jacket I bought this jacket as a layering option for hiking and it fits this function very well. It is light and packs down well into its own front pocket. Although it is light, it is a great layer in our coastal weather and easily accommodates a light fleece for added warmth. The jacket is well made, looks nice, and the medium fits my 5' 8" 160 lb frame nicely. It would be nice to have a belt loop on the inside of the stuff pocket to allow carrying on a belt when hiking without a pack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Warm I've used this jacket for everything and it goes everywhere with me. Whether it is in my line gear for a cold night on the fire line or as a liner inside my motorcycle jacket riding across Tennessee in 18* weather it's always kept me warm. It has held up to two fire seasons and two winters being used on the motorcycle/camping and still looks new. Packs nice and small so I can always take it with me. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jacket I really like the fit and design of this jacket. It's warmer than I expected to be this light wait.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great synthetic down mid/outer layer. I'm 5 ft 10 170 lbs and a medium fits me perfectly. This jacket is one of my favorites from Mountain Hardwear because it is... Lightweight ( this is the lightest synthetic that I own) Provides warmth even while wet. Moderate wind protection. Compact and stows in its own pocket when not needed. I used this jacket at Zion on the Angels Landing and West Rim Spring trail in early October. Temperature was 35 degrees at the start and warmed to low 50s by mid day with a 10-20 mph wind. The trail gains about 2500 ft from the valley floor and the jacket kept me warm and comfortable throughout the ascent/descent even with the amount of sweat that I was producing. The Thermostatic was key when I was at the top of the West rim with a moderate and chilly wind. I own the grey ice colored which looks great and the quality of construction is exellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product for 40 degrees and higher The styling, weight and color is wonderful. But it not suitable, in my opinion, for a senior who is expecting very cold weather warmth.
