Men's Superconductor™ Hooded Jacket is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jacket I used this jacket in Breckenridge, CO. last week, skiing and snowmobiling. It was windproof and water resistant. Had to layer up on a couple of days but never got cold. Great all around jacket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Buy I purchased this jacket directly from MHW web site. I read the reviews and was not sure what to expect. I felt I had nothing to loose with the sale price and extra discount I received. This turned out to be a great buy. I plan on using this jacket as a ski jacket and winter run around jacket. I will ski with an additional down jacket on very cold days and by itself on blue bird days. This jacket fits and looks good. I ordered a large and am 61 years old with a fairly athletic body, wide shoulders, 5'11" and 32 inch waist. The jacket fit like all my other large MHW jackets. Just enough extra room for layering. I like the softer material on the exterior of the jacket. The quilted interior is very comfortable and allows for easy layering. I am very happy with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Lightweight and Warm Jacket Bought this jacket for a trip to the Japanese Alps! When it arrived I was surprised and slightly worried about the lack of thickness and soft feel of the material, as I worried about the warmth and level of waterproofing. I took the chance and was not disappointed! It was plenty warm in 30-40 degree weather for hours and hours on end and was surprisingly waterproof, even in the rain. I would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent weight and warmth. Really liked the jacket, good combination of warmth without being a heavy coat feel to it. Just the type of mid weight jacket I was looking for and at a great sale price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything, without anything extra A great, lightweight jacket that's perfect for harsh Minnesota winters. It weighs next to nothing (as compared to the ghost whisperer, which actually weighs nothing), is really warm (and has room for a sweater or fleece underneath). It's my go-to jacket for everything from skiing to standing around at a beer dabbler in the cold, drinking beer. It's not waterproof, but it definitely sheds wet slush without a problem. It's everything I need in a jacket, without anything I don't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and blocks the wind Had this jacket for about 2 months now and love it. The quilted interior and insulation keep me very warm and the exterior fabric blocks the wind perfectly. Water resistance is great but I haven't stayed out in the rain long enough to get completely drenched... yet. Great jacket to throw on for every day wearing. I'm 5'11", 190lbs broad shoulders and the medium fits me great to wear even a thicker shirt under it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SuperConductor I am 5'7" and 183lbs. I bought Medium size and the jacket fits loose - not bad, because it gives you opportunity to layer underneath. Given the fact that I have broad shoulders it still gives you generous space overall. The Nylon quilted interior is smooth and silky - feels great on your skin and the 50D outer layer feels soft but not fragile. The jacket is longer so it covers little bit of your bum, and despite me preferring shorter jackets I don’t think this will be an issue. There is no pockets on the inside, just your hand pockets and chest pocket on the outside. I wish the hand “warmer” pockets were internally covered with fleece or other warm material, but it’s just the shell on the outer layer and soft warm material on the inner one. Same goes with the outer chest pocket. When you first put on the jacket it seems quite loose, but soon you realize that this gives you a generous range of motion with a little bit of a stretch. The warmth is really good in this piece – It’s 56 in Chicago and rainy and I felt almost too warm in it, and just wearing a t-shirt underneath. Water beads off of the jacket and wind is not felt on the inside. The hood is generous but doesn’t feel huge when worn – when not worn the collar (depending on how far you zip up the jacket) is little too much for my preference when lying flat. You can manipulate the hood with the 3 way adjustments. Overall I am happy and will be observing the jackets performance when the weather gets worse in the windy city.
