Rated 5 out of 5 by waterproof and fits well the gloves were true to size and quite versatile. they are truly waterproof and surprising warm in cold temps. could even pair with liners if it gets bitter cold. im happy December 9, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Exactly what I was looking for but not executed. Was looking for a very light waterproof glove and these nailed that on the head. Slipperiest glove grip I've ever used. Also cracks after use. They run small compared to other Mountain Hardwear large gloves I've owned. Liner is infuriating. I rarely use them because if you take your hand out of the glove fast or wet you can plan on struggling to get the inside liner fingers to match up with the glove finger for 20 minutes. Rated 4 out of 5 by good glove, strange sizing I was looking for a glove that was basically equivalent to a rain shell jacket - waterproof but not insulated - that I could wear on its own or with a light weight liner for wet, cool weather hiking and canoeing. I did a lot of internet searching, and MH was the only one that had this type of item, also with touchscreen technology. After measuring my hand and consulting your size charts, I bought a women’s medium. Way too small! I am a 5’4”, 127lb woman and have skinny hands, and this glove would only fit a child. No problem, I ordered a women’s large. Still tight across the knuckles. OK, so I got a men’s medium. This time OK with the liners but pretty baggy on their own. Finally a men's small worked the best. Note that these are not warm gloves, but they are perfect for that rainy day with temps in the 40s or 50s while you are gripping a paddle or trekking poles. October 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good glove This is the second pair of these gloves that I have purchased. Windproof, waterproof and actually breathable. You can wear these gloves dry. 4 stars for the quality because the palm is not leather and wears out after moderate to heavy use. October 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well done. They keep my hands dry and warm in the wettest snow and I can still use my smartphone. Good job. February 21, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good shell glove I wear these gloves over a fleece base glove to make a winter glove and I like the result. On a full day on the slopes I was warm. They appear to be waterproof based on 2 days of snow fun. I bought a size L but exchanged for an XL for an easy fit with liners underneath. Texting is OK with gloves on, though its hard to be precise. January 28, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great design, poor material I use these gloves for backcountry skiing, cross country skiing, and every day activities. They are great for the skin track down to around 15F. If it's colder, when I'm digging a pit, heading down, or skiing a resort I wear a liner, like the MH power stretch underneath them. This works great until around 5 F, at which point I throw an overmitt on. The reason I like these gloves so much is that I never have to take my gloves off to do things. This is what usually kills me; once they're cold and wet I can't recover. But I can adjust my ski boots, skins, bindings, take pictures, get things out of my pack, swap binding screws and tie my shoe laces with these gloves on. That means my fingers don't get wet and cold. The one drawback to these gloves is the palm. When I first got them they were impossibly slippery. This has gotten a lot better in just 3 days of skiing, but at a big cost. The palm is now totally cracked, ripped, and falling off. I have better grip, but I doubt they will last much longer. I won't be buying these again and will think twice about other MH synthetic palms. January 21, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Waterproof but not warm If your intention is to replace your leather gloves with thin waterproof more functional gloves, then this is not the one. It may be waterproof but was not warm on a windy 46 degree day. This glove is probably best for those who want to have dry hands during cool/rainy periods during the summer, late spring, and early fall. November 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Waterproof and plenty of dexterity This is the perfect match with my Mnt. Hardware Butter liners! I live in Alaska and we get a ton of rain, these are my go to gloves for forays into the forest when I know I need to be prepared for anything. October 15, 2014
