Men's Plasmic™ Ion Jacket is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long Sleeves, Tight at Bottom Nice jacket. Keeps the rain out, oversized hood, long sleeves are nice. A bit tight around the bottom of the jacket, but that would also keep wind out in harsh conditions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice piece to have. I like the fitting of this jacket. It serves the purpose on the rainy windy day and working well to protect my body against the elements. Love the style too

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This produce is good. I put it in my backpack. It is light and durable but I doubt it is good for hiking because after 20 minutes walking to home. I feel wet inside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value high performance Bought this jacket to replace a (not that old) Underperforming North Face, and love it. Waterproof ability keeps me and pocket contents dry even in torrential rain. Pit zips allow for comfort and breathability. Great buy highly recommended.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't breath very well I got wet inside this rain jacket just for less than 10 minutes bike ride. Yesterday I have this rain shell on top of my light weight down jacket. Just for about 20-30 minutes walking around downtown, got very wet between my rain shell and down jacket. I didn't even zip it up. It's a nice looking waterproof jacket, but I doubt it breaths enough for casual activities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like this better than the Stretch I had the Stretch jacket but had a seam go, so I got a warranty credit and bought this instead. (BTW, I know that it is asked not to comment about customer service, but my experience was awesome, just saying). I find this jacket to be more water repellent and still comfortable. It is slightly baggy allowing layers underneath. Overall a great performer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plasmic ion jacket Leaks like a sieve at zipper. Tested twice and both times front allowed so much water in at zipper had to wring out tshirt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for Working Outdoors My husband wears this jacket, and whether he is working out on ships in the rain or riding his bike home from work, the Plasmic Ion jacket keeps him dry. He can even leave the ventilation zips open under his arms without getting wet underneath.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice jacket except the hood It looks great and feels good. Have not tried it in the rain but looks like it will do its job. Only complaint is the hood. It is lack of side adjust so without helmet it blocks my side vision and I wonder if it stays on my head when against the wind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around shell At first it seem like any other shell jacket, but after having it on for the last 5 hours I now know this is not the case. It breath very well and keeps out the rain without the damp feeling you get with some shell. It's light weight and easy to roll up and pack away in my day pack. I love this jacket. I also own the Mountain Hardwear Ghost whisperer hooded jacket. Together with the Plasmic Ion I am warm even in on top of a very windy summits of Utah.
