Rated 4 out of 5 by very good jacket I originally bought this jacket for a filmingtrip to Nepal and served me very well. The jacket is very puffy and very good at keeping you warm even while just standing in the same place for a long time. For most conditions this jacket would be far too warm during any strenuous physical activity but is perfect for high altitude ventures or for keeping you warm while potty training your puppy in steamboat. my only complaint would be that the zipper can be a bit finicky but that is easy to overlook. Rated 5 out of 5 by Warm and light An excellent jacket, often compaired to the compatable western mountaineering, it does a great job keeping you warm. I've used it in temps around 10 degrees F successfully in connection with the BD BD mercury mitt. The hood is nice and large with plenty of room for a helmet. The new wrist cuffs remind me of the seventies, but function well. If I was to ask for any changes I think O would request more down as the loft is not quite as much as I hoped for. It hasnt yet been a problem December 18, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Jacket I love this jacket. Super warm and comfortable. My only grip is that it fit snug when wearing a fleece underneath. The sleeves are the tightest... November 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Jacket I don't get the whole "fits slightly small." I thought it fit true to size. Anyhoo, absolutely love the jacket. Butter cuffs so nice as expected. Can't wait to take it out and into action. October 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great thought, moderate execution... The fit for this jacket is okay. I'm 6', 190lbs with a fit build and the medium fit well. Although, like most MH jackets it runs a little long. The idea of this jacket is great, with the high down water resistant down and baffle construction. However, there is no adjustment on the hood to account for wearing or not wearing a helmet. If you cinch down the opening draws it blocks your field of vision due to too much material above the rim. Additionally, while a double zipper is a great idea it was not functionally easy. Each time it took a few tries to get the teeth to line up, something that would be a big frustration in freezing temps. Due to these nuances I'm returning for a Montbell Mirage. September 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Recommended Great feel when you put the jacket on - you sink right into it. Great warmth and all the features are strong. The jacket is light-weight and compresses well. I haven't fully tested it but everything so far has been positive. The fit seems slightly small around the chest area when compared to other medium jackets I've worn. I would recommend it however.
