Rated 4 out of 5 by Good fit for my small frame This jackets fits my small frame well. It is a little bit long but the bottom could be tightened with the draw cord. My draw cord is not connected to the squeeze release so I can't tighten it. Overall a good jacket an worth the investemt May 14, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Jacket, runs large Very comfortable jacket and color is vibrant. The size runs large especially in the arms and waist. March 11, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by good softshell; limited function due to sizing Along the lines of what another reviewer stated - typically I wear medium (5'10", 32" waist, 40" chest, 34/35" arms, 155lbs). I ordered a small and medium - the small fit perfectly. The arms on the small are the same length typical on medium jackets. With this size, it is very close and form fitting - I could not wear a thick base layer (like a down jacket) but I can wear a hoody and long sleeve shirt under it. I did not try the medium but I imagine it fits like most Arcteryx jackets and would have very long arms which can extend over the tips of your fingers. (I also wear most Arcteryx jackets in the abnormal size of small.) It has a drawcord hem and also not clear from the current description/images - it has zippered hand pockets (in addition to the chest pockets). This will be my fall, rainy weather and wear to/in work jacket. This shell is not insulated so it does not provide a ton of warmth although it does provide some from the dense shell material. It does however block wind and rain while looking good outdoors or in the city making it a nice outer layer. The interior of the jacket has a micro fleece feel. With an Under Armour long sleeve cold gear shirt underneath, this shell will keep you warmish in temperatures Above 55* F (tested). While untested, with an additional sweater/hoody underlayer - I think the combo would get you through temperatures 44* F and up. October 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amped for the winter Just received my new Hueco jacket in the mail today and I'm already wishing for some cooler temps to come my way. Although I haven't used the jacket just yet, the construction and build appear to be very solid. Those searching for a jacket to handle the "urban-adventurer" element should look no further. The softshell outer and fleece like inner make this a great jacket to wear to the office or a full day adventure. Consider this thing your Mother Nature force field. I would caution that the jacket sleeves do run large. I'm 5"10 165lbs and a small fits great. September 9, 2014
