Men's Dynotherm™ Down Jacket is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Jacket- HANDS DOWN I must say, I was a bit skeptical about buying this jacket. Mostly due to the fact that I already had a "favorite" jacket, but my oh my, not only is the color probably my favorite, but the fit is ideal! Being a pretty tall guy with a somewhat dad-bod esque build, I worried the jacket might not fit, nonsense, it was perfect, will definately be back to order more MH.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks nice but questionable quality Got this jacket as a Christmas gift. Granted, it's only been worn for less then 5 days but my experiences so far are starting to worry me about the quality and materials of the jacket. It's lost a few feathers from various places (sleeve, back, pocket(s). The last feather it lost (sleeve), it was sticking out too far to work it back in, so I pulled it out. I know, not suppose to do that but I wanted to "test" the feather anyway. I ran it under water, the feather collapsed like any normal feather would. So, I now question it's ability keep it's loft much less it's ability to keep you warm (even in dry conditions). I have a jacket with DriDown in it (Sierra Designs) and I once took a feather from it, ran it under water and it did not collapse. If I was going to be in a cold, wet climate, at this point, I would take the cheaper jacket as it seems to be better made (not many feathers escaped this jacket) and the feathers seem to be better suited for wet weather. It wasn't easy giving this jacket a 2 since I have had it such a short time but felt that if keeps loosing feathers like it does and the wet feather test was a epic fail, I'm being as bias as I can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Down Wore this jacket while trekking in the Patagonia. It kept the warmth in and worked great against the Patagonia wind. The only down side is the loss of feathers from the seams.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from compact for backpack travel Does this jacket fold itself into a pocket to make it compact for inside backpack>? I also like & want a chest pocket. Inside or outside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best jacket I've owned I was looking for a down jacket that would keep me warm during shorter intervals outside in northern winter weather when I travel there, and this fit the bill perfectly. I'm 5'7, 165 lbs, and the M fits great - form-fitting but plenty of room to move. Tested this in NH 5 deg weather and never got a chill. It also packs down to nearly nothing, then unpacks without being matted or too wrinkled. Pockets are deep, and zippers are typical MHW high-quality. Stone Green/Black is a great color - the green looks Army-green in lower light and somewhat tan in brighter light. Jacket doesn't have too much of a "puffy" feel to it (a good thing for me) - just the right level of thickness to make it wearable, packable, and warm. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm and down for anything (pun intended) I'm a 5' 7'' woman who saw this deal and didn't want to miss out. I got the small and because I am not built like a man, it does fit a little large, but its great for putting layers underneath. Totally comfortable in -6C degree weather or around 20 degrees Fahrenheit for my fellow Americans. Little bits of down come out through the fabric, but that's pretty normal for down jackets. Looks great and feels great, really glad I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great jacket I'm 5-8, 150 lbs, and on the smaller side of a Medium, but the jacket fits fine. It gives me room to wear adequate layers for 30 degree temps. Like all down products, a shell is a must if used in anything off-trail. I use it for Search and Rescue and having a durable rain shell to fully cover and protect it from thick brush and rock this past weekend prevented it from getting shredded to bits. I've used it for early morning bike rides, but it gets too warm after a few minutes and it's too bulky- even when compressed- to carry around after it's shed. Yeah, I know it's not designed for this, but may as well try and make the most use of the money I spent on it. The Ghost Whisperer would probably be the best all-around, but it's too expensive for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I was looking for I'm a full time outdoors writer. I've been looking for a jacket that I wear fly fishing in the winter time in high elevations that is easy to pack, comfortable to wear, and keeps me warm when it's very cold out. This is exactly that. Awesome jacket. For size reference, I'm 5'11 - 170. I purchased a medium and it fits perfectly.
