Men's Chockstone Midweight™ Casual Pant 4.6 5 5 5
Feel Amazing! These are some comfy pants. Durable as well....they have become a go to. I did order one size down (31 instead of 32) and the fit is perfect! November 20, 2014
New Favorite Pants I took the advice of other reviewers and sized down--normally I'd wear a 32" waist but went for these in a 31". That was all I needed to get a great fit. After a few days with these pants, they are my new favs. Great weight and the stretch in them is awesome for unrestricted movement. The fabric face seems pretty durable so far. Super comfy. They also dress up nicely. Two nit-picks: the rear pockets are a wee bit low and the fly could be a bit longer to be better useable. November 12, 2014
Waist is far too large per size The material and functionality are great, but unfortunately the waist (and only the waist, not the seat) is disproportionately large. I bought the casual pants instead of the active pants version because, brace yourself, I wanted some casually-sized pants instead of a pair of tights (the casual pant description says "standard fit for comfort"). I usually wear a 31 in waist by 32 in inseam, and that's what I ordered. What I got was something that would fit a 34 in waist and will now require a belt. Thus it's not much fun under a pack. Reviews work... I own several MH items and there is no denying the quality. I have yet to receive an item that I'm not impressed by the material and workmanship. However, every now and then, the sizing somehow gets out of its intended zone. This is one of them. After reading though the reviews, I decided to order a pair of these in a smaller waist size. I'm 6'1" and 185-190 lbs. My usual pant size is 32 x 34. I ordered the 31 x 34 and received them this morning and went for a quick hike. The fit in the waist is 1-2 inches larger than sized. I'm glad I ordered smaller. Although I sized down, there is still a small amount of play in the waist, but nothing a belt easily deals with. Since I always wear a belt, this is not a problem. As far as materials and feel, they are excellent. Super-stretchy material and a good, climbing-fit crotch eliminate binding when climbing or reaching across distance. The material, which almost appears to be a satin, rubbery texture, feels and looks very similar to the Yumalina pant. As always, I highly recommend this MH product, but you may want to consider downsizing in the waist. August 15, 2014
Best 3 Season Pant I am 6'3" and weigh roughly 180#. I ordered the 33/34 size pant. The waist is a little large. I normally wear 33" waist, but these occasionally have enough room to slip down when moving around. However, nothing a belt cannot fix. Other than that I have been fascinated with these pants! Love the feel and warmth in the Winter/Spring! March 24, 2014
