Hotbed™ Ember Camp Quilt is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product! Quilt is nice, gets your warm as soon as you start using it. It was longer than I anticipated (good thing) and I like the colors. There are loop holes on all corners, and it could potentially be used as a summer underquilt around a hammock with some carabiners. My only gripe is that it only has two snaps at the bottom and no drawstring or extra straps to give it a more snug fit coming up the open side. But that is minor, and for the price, quality, and how small it can pack down to, it's a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet Purchased this for hiking in warmer months..... I've never been thrilled with mummy bags and thought I'd give the quilt a try.... it's ideal! I've found myself using it for more than just hiking!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I was looking for! I bought this with the intention of using it as an extra camp blanket or something to wrap around myself while sitting by the fire or watching music/movies in the park. While those are all perfect uses, it is plenty for warm night camping too. I have slept under it on a couple of not-too-chilly nights, paired with an insulated sleeping pad, and even as an comforter on my bed (it is not cut for fit to a queen sized mattress, but very comfy). Seems to be well-built, as is my other Mountain Hardwear gear. Packs small enough and light enough to take on any outing, but I'll leave it home if I am packing light unless it's warm enough for this to replace my sleeping bag. Now I'm trying to figure out what I will do with a second or third!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Make the spoons? Yes, please. It's soft, it's light, seems pretty burly (if a quilt can be described that way) and is perfect for throwing down in the truck or tent. It encourages the dogs or the significant other to cuddle too, so that's a bonus. Basically, it does exactly what it's supposed to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hotbed ember camp quilt I bought this quilt to replace a sleeping bag for backpackng. Took it on a four-day Ouachita trail hike. Packs down small and lightweight. Great for those of us who don't want to "mummy-up" after a long day of hiking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect addition Whether it is used as a blanket or actual sleeping bag for warmer weather it is the perfect addition to have. Packs away nicely and light. Very happy with the blanket and you cannot beat the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Blanket! So far I have really enjoyed this blanket. It is great to use for any occasion really. My wife used it camping to add a layer on her sleeping bag and it made a significantly more comfortable difference in temperature. I got it to use as an added layer if cold at night because it's so light and packable, but it's great to use in all kinds of situations!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, highly functional camp quilt Works as an extra blanket at home, tossed in the car for the kids on cold days, and at camp. Color is ugly as sin, but as long as that doesn't bother you, it's a good value at the sale price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Function is everything It's amazing how warm these blankets are, the insulation is really really good. It's true they have many uses inside and out but I also figured out how to use the sewn on buttons to attach 2 of them together back to back so it forms an envelope you could put yourself in or use as a double duty blanket. Sometimes this can even be too warm but the versatility this provides was definitely worth the price. I keep telling myself to put one in the car but can't seem to let them out of the house.
