Cute but runs large

Order a whole size smaller than usual for this short! I'm usually a 10, I wear a large in every pant, but I should have ordered an 8 as these shorts are very forgiving.

Womens Around Townie Short

I am five fee tall with a 26 inch inseam and a short rise. No clothes ever fit me. I have muscular legs and that throws a wrench in nice fitting clothes also. These shorts were a perfect fit. I have two pairs in different colors. My only complaint was the cost. $65 for a pair of shorts but they are made well and fit like an old glove I could take to the grave. I highly recommend this short for short folks that are built.

Best Shorts Yet!

Comfortable, easy to wear and they look good in a variety of venues including casual dinners out, shopping, and even kayaking. Love the pockets! Perfect length and strike a nice slim profile. I bought three pair. Don't stop making these shorts....they are becoming my mainstay.

These are super comfortable with a great fit. I just ordered another pair. There is a little bit of stretch material in the pockets which makes things feel like butter! This is good. My Phone fits securely in the pockets with a climbing harness on! Love this feature!

Great shorts. The size was a little larger than i had hoped but using the drawstring around the waist definitely helps. the material in the pockets is nice, soft and stretchy. These shorts have 5 pockets in all so great for carrying your phone, wallet, keys etc. Super comfortable with a splash of class.

My favorite shorts!!

This is the second pair of these around townie shorts I have purchased. I bought my first pair last year and wore them all the time!! Love the soft lining in the pockets. Love the colors too. So comfortable great town shorts but also tough enough for hiking. Mountain Hardwear you got these RIGHT! Love the longer length, I'm tall and these are hitting me at the knee. They do run a little large but you can adjust them with the internal draw string. Probably won't be the last pair I order!!
