An extremely warm system mitt designed for mountaineering and high altitude pursuits, with OutDry® Waterproof Technology. We bond the waterproof, breathable OutDry® membrane to the glove's high-tenacity nylon shell, to fully seal out water, wind, and cold. Leather palms for durability. The removable liner mitt has an excellent fit with snug elastic at the wrist to hold in heat and can be worn on its own.

Warm & Dry !! Nice gloves that keep your hands warm and dry. The inner liners took a little bit of time for me to get used to them but now I like them. Easy to take on and off with one hand. Nice visible drawstring that actually works. Great gloves!! February 25, 2013

Don't know what I'd do without them I bought these for my mother-in-law who has perpetually cold hands. I quote:"These mittens are awesome. I removed my hands to fiddle with the collar on my dog for a minute or a so, when I put them back on there was still a warm pocket of air in the fingertips (at 0°F). I can take long walks with the dog in the cold and my fingers never feel even the slightest bit cold. If I ever lose them I don't know what I'd do."Fit is a little tricky, since these are men's mittens. I normally wear a medium, and I tried them on and they fit a hair on the small side. For my mother-in-law, who wears a women's M, they fit perfect. January 31, 2013

Super Warm These mitts are very warm, the warmest I have had. They are not very dexterous, but they can open zippers and the like without too much trouble. They are perfect for sitting around camp cooking and such. They fit well with or without baselayer gloves. I do wish that they had a fabric patch on the back for wiping your nose on, but otherwise these mitts are great. January 1, 2013

Very warm Mitts I am mainly using these mittens as a belay mitt when ice climbing and plan on using them for witer ascents in the tetons and on Rainier and Denali. Great fit, warmth, and waterproofing. Not quite as dexterous as the alti mitt, but along the same lines. November 15, 2011
